This 7000 square foot ranch house is located on 350 acres in a small secluded valley. Derived from the Spanish Mission Style the contemporary home is situated on a low rise above the five acre man-made lake also designed by our firm. Entry gates and entry doors are modified doors rescued from a demolished church in Mexico. Elegant dining area looks out on a covered porch specifically designed for the display of an authentic surrey collected by the owner. An existing Mexican well served as the model for this BBQ structure. Columns and wall caps were assembled of stone quarried and carved in Mexico and trucked to the site for assembly. Each piece was designed and cataloged by our office. An exterior fireplace displays the owner’s branding iron collection. It also provides the focal point for the exterior sitting area.
