About This Project

This is a remodel and addition to a home originally designed by our firm for the original owners. The new owners of this 4100 square foot ocean bluff residence desired a total make-over to suit their taste and lifestyle. Though a small addition, this home was completely redesigned in a contemporary hi-tech style throughout interior and exterior. Soaring interiors of blue pearl granite, mirror and stainless steel provide the setting for original artwork. Glazing areas were enlarged to better capture the spectacular sunsets and ocean views.

The existing kitchen was totally gutted and redesigned with a professional range, stainless steel hood and curved blue pearl granite eating counter. Frameless glass encloses the blue pearl granite tub/shower. Our firm designed special built-in drawers and shelves for this fully appointed master closet. Glass doors provided visual access while providing protection. A grotto spa with waterfall was created combining the existing and man-made bluff rock. The illusion of infinite space transformed one tiny space into an elegant powder room.
